Start saving up your broken bits and bobs to bring to our next repair day at Higher Ground, Allendale. We will have jewellery, textiles, woodwork and china, toys and sharpening of garden tools again as usual. We also have help fixing small electricals – no large machinery please, we just don’t have the room for it unfortunately.
Donations are very welcome for fixed and sharpened items; all of the menders are volunteers lending us their time and expertise, and all funds go back into the project to keep events like these possible. If you feel you have a skill you could help us with on the day, please get in touch.
As usual there will be tea and delicious cakes. Please ensure children are supervised and please bring your own batteries/parts/zips etc if you know what your item needs. See you there!
